Chef Geoffrey Zakarian

If you’ve spent any time watching Food Network, then you know Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. The dapper co-host of “The Kitchen” and frequent “Chopped” judge is more than a TV personality, though: He’s a renowned chef runs award-winning restaurants from coast to coast.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Zakarian spent six years as Chef de Cuisine at New York's renowned Le Cirque under head chef Daniel Boulud. He has helmed the kitchen at some of New York's most acclaimed restaurants of the past 20 years, and he serves as Chairman of the City Harvest Food Council, a food rescue organization dedicated to fighting hunger in New York City.
